JAS: Keep Partisan Politics Out of Filling Court Seat

 Upon President Obama’s announcement of his nomination of D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Merrick Garland for the Supreme Court, JAS called for keeping partisan politics out of the process for filling the vacancy. Gavel Grab has details.
