Committee Approves KS Judicial Impeachment Bill

The Kansas Senate Judiciary Committee passed on Thursday a bill expanding grounds for impeachment of Kansas Supreme Court justices. JAS has called the proposal “clearly unconstitutional.”  For more, see Gavel Grab.
