Controversy Flares Over KS Judicial Nomination

Controversy flared over Kansas Gov. Brownback's choice of his chief counsel for the Court of Appeals. A critic hit "Washington-style cronyism" (see Gavel Grab) and an Open Records Act request was made (see Gavel Grab).
